Our Process

We commit to treating you as an individual, with unique interests and ideas. Our goal is to exceed your expectations through outstanding customer service and dedicated professionalism. Every project we build is custom-designed and our process is the same. Depending on your specific needs our process will include :

Step 1 – Initial Consultation

We meet so you can share your ideas for your new build. Tell us about your dream home. We’ll give you an overview of our services and the building process.

Step 2 – Concept and surveys

We visit your Site to assess the land characteristics – views, orientation, slope, access and any planning requirements. We negotiate a Preliminary Agreement for a small fee. That lets us do the necessary stages to scope the build – Concept Design, Planning Report, Site Survey and Soil Testing. We also give you an estimate of the build costs. If you’ve already got your building plans, we can work with those.

Step 3 – Detailed planning

We go over the Concept and costs and see how it works with your budget. We look at all the options for fixtures and finishes. With your input we come up with a plan to make your dreams come true. Once you’re satisfied, we prepare all the documents we need.

Step 4 – Tender review

You review our Tender along with a price for the build.

Step 5 – Press go

When you press go and sign the Contract for a fixed or similar agreed price, we start getting the Building Approvals you need.

Step 6 – The build

Right through the build we invite you to check out our progress. Variations can be accommodated if you want to make changes, depending on costs. We’re committed to delivering your build to the high-quality standards.

Step 7 – It’s all yours

We hand over the keys to your dream build when you’re happy with it. Our goal is to deliver a home that’s custom-designed to award-winning standards, so we want you to love your new home from the moment it’s yours.

Step 8 – Follow up

A happy client is our best advocate. We hope you tell people about your build experience with us. That gives us an added incentive to follow up after 90 days and again at 12 months. We’ll make good any issues that need maintenance and keep you smiling.
